Characteristic:

1. Hot air drying; Hot air evenly penetrates the material, making the drying rate faster;

2. Hot air recycling significantly reduces energy consumption compared to traditional heating methods;

3. Swinging drying allows the dried material to continuously move in a circular motion, ensuring that the material does not stick together, while also making the drying more evenly heated, resulting in a more comprehensive drying effect and faster drying speed. The outer coating of the nuts is more crispy, effectively reducing the rate of shell damage;

4. Automatic temperature control, precise temperature control. By using a PLC controller to control the processing flow at all workstations, automated operations can be achieved to improve production efficiency.

Note: This device is used for the production of different series of nut flavors such as thick coating, crispy coating, and puff coating for Hawaiian nuts, peanut kernels, and cashew nuts.
